- Tailor our support proposals to our clients’ internal capabilities, resources and desired level of capability transfer
- Manage the inevitable variations to assignments so as to minimise the impact on client costs and project deliverables
- Go beyond our specified responsibilities if necessary to help our clients achieve their targeted results
- Understand our clients’ levels of satisfaction with our contribution throughout the project to ensure expectations are being met.
- Post project follow ups to ensure implementation standards are being met, and benefits are being delivered
