  • Manage the inevitable variations to assignments so as to minimise the impact on client costs and project deliverables
  • Go beyond our specified responsibilities if necessary to help our clients achieve their targeted results
  • Understand our clients’ levels of satisfaction with our contribution throughout the project to ensure expectations are being met.
  • Post project follow ups to ensure implementation standards are being met, and benefits are being delivered
