Tony Stratton

Tony is chairman, having worked for 30 years in marketing services - building and managing successful businesses in the UK and beyond. Having learned that even the very best thinking has little value unless it has relevance and can be brilliantly executed, Tony guides the strategic development of The Quantic Group and our client relationships.

Tony also serves as chairman of CPM, Europe's leading sales agency, where he built their European organisation. He is also a non-executive director of the Smollan Group (South Africa's leading sales agency),  Unisono (a leading sales business in China) and RT Marketing (a sports sponsorship and event specialist). He also chairs Tonic Life Communications (a UK PR business) and Oxford Inspires - a ground breaking cultural development agency in Oxfordshire.

Dave Turnbull

Dave is our Chief Executive and leads the client service efforts having directed customer development strategies for a blue chip FMCG supplier across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has also worked extensively as a consultant with leading food, beverages, non-food and pharmaceutical suppliers, helping them develop their go to market and customer service strategies across the world.

Sean Raw

Sean directs our supplier development practice having directed both marketing and sales functions in Europe and Africa. Using his experience in establishing brands and effective selling teams, Sean has consulted successfully to a wide range of blue chip fmcg companies in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Karen is the Director who leads our organisational capability practice in both retailer and supplier clients. Her commercial experience in marketing, sales and capability development has enabled her to significantly improve the marketing and sales capabilities of clients globally.

Al Forbes

Al is the Director who leads our retailer development practice having worked internationally at director level in several major retailers with responsibilities in buying, merchandising, store operations and marketing. As a consultant Al has worked globally with leading retailers and suppliers to develop and deliver their growth agenda.

Helen Hewitt

Helen is the Group Operations Manager and enables the efficient functioning of the consultancy and it’s client interfaces on a global basis having gained her experience successfully managing the resources and client relationships of a complex global consultancy.
